Returns Policy
Replacement of damaged goods
Goods that are damaged upon arrival with the Customer will be replaced at no additional cost. It is in the Customer's own interest to unwrap and fully inspect all furniture at the time of delivery.
Customers have up to 7 days following delivery ro report damage. Photographic evidence must be sent to us at sales@stowfords.co.uk so that we can ensure the smooth transition of replacing your furniture as quickly as possible.
What If the item won't fit?
Return & Cancellation Policy
Please ensure that all items ordered will fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, and into the room of your choice. If a delivery cannot be completed due to access or size limitations and the item must be returned, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. We recommend measuring your space carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about sizing or delivery access, please contact us before checkout or ordering.
